President Bongbong Marcos says the Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Maharlika Investment Fund has been finalized.

Marcos said that the MIF will be operational soon.

Philippine National Police has released a computerized facial sketch of a suspect in the brutal killing of radio broadcaster Juan Jumalon in Misamis Occidental on November 5.
